Types of role available
Detention custody officer (DCO)
Work directly with service users, helping to maintain their safety, security and wellbeing. You will need strong communication skills, sound judgement and the confidence to respond calmly in challenging situations.
Operational support officer (OSO)
Help keep our sites safe, secure and running smoothly. OSOs undertake a range of operational and security duties, from gate and perimeter activities to CCTV monitoring and supporting day-to-day site operations.
Operational and site management
Lead teams, manage safe and effective operations and help maintain high standards of service delivery. Our management roles range from frontline supervision through to specialist and senior operational leadership.
Support roles
Our operational teams are supported by specialists across areas such as HR, training, finance, commercial, IT, health and safety, safeguarding and business support.
